Running an announcement on our Events Calendar is free. 

The Events Calendar airs almost every hour at 15 minutes before the top of the hour.  We combine 3 announcements for each Events Calendar file and rotate through the files throughout the day.  If we have no announcements we will play music files during the time of the Events Calendar spot.

Any non-political group may submit an event announcement provided that the group is non-profit, or the event is free to the public.

When you submit information about an event please provide the following:
1. What is the event?
2. Who is sponsoring the event?
3. When is the event?
4. Where is the event?
5. Who (if anyone) is benefitting from the event?
6. Who should be contacted for information-please include a phone number, website, etc

If the event is something that happens on a regular basis such as a support group or club, we will run the announcement for four weeks immediately following the initial submission and then as space allows after that.

If the event is a non-profit organization such as a school that is open for enrollment over a certain time period, we will only run the spot for two weeks and ask that you underwrite with the station for any more exposure.

Please submit the event 2 weeks or more ahead of time to allow for us to voice, edit and mix the event.  We may not be able to run the announcement if it is submitted too close to the actual date.

We reserve the right to decline any announcement that we may feel doesn’t fit with the Christian standards of our listeners.
